Shipping policy

Shipping policy

We ship our products worldwide. Please carefully read our shipping/delivery and payment terms below. 

After placing your order, we will send you a payment confirmation, order number and the day your order will be ready for shipping.

  • Our workshop is located in Russia and delivery is carried out from Moscow.
  • We send orders only after your order is paid in full.
  • The minimum order amount is 30 Euros.
  • Delivery cost depends on the remoteness of the shipping destination and the required delivery method (air or combined mail).
  • Please be aware that we are a small workshop and all wax and wooden products are made by hand. Therefore the average production time ranges from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the order.
  • International shipments can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks.
  • If you need express delivery please contact us.
  • All orders are shipped with the order confirmation and a tracking number. With this number you can check the status of the package on the website of your national mail service.
  • •If a package is lost, stolen or damaged after we handed it over to the post and sent you the tracking number, we are not responsible for it anymore. However, we'll do everything we can for you to receive your order. If your parcel is lost and the tracking doesn’t provide any clues about its status please contact us so we can try to solve this problem and help you. We will do our absolute best to receive everything that you want!

For orders from Moscow:

You can pick up your order directly at our workshop at Ugreshskaya street 31, office 313 free of charge. Please get in touch to arrange the pickup in advance.

Working hours: from 10 to 19 on weekdays, from 10 to 18 on weekend
